I lead a team of experienced Recruiters to deliver 250-300 experienced hires per year across areas such as; Strategy, Technology, Risk & Compliance, Finance Consulting and Data & Analytics.For the past 18 months I have also led the operational and tactical development of EY’s Contingent Worker model for the UK firm. I am responsible for operational and governance oversight, development of policies & processes, internal and external communication and the ongoing stewardship of the end to end model.
