I created the business requirement specification, served as key evaluator in vendor selection, worked with vendor and internal IT on detail system specification, structured and led the operation team in formal TGA system validation, worked hand-in-hand with operation team to commission the new facility, new equipment, new systems with an operation team consist of 50% new members. It was a challenging and long journey but we made it and were even be able to achieve the biggest sales month ever by the 2nd month of full operation. We were winners and are still winning ever more!- Served as a leading consultant in solution delivery utilizing Manhattan Associates SCALE and WMOS platform with MHE automation in the industrial verticals of 3PL, FMCG, pharmaceutical, Government and industrial spares logistics. Achieve a billable rate of 90% consistently.- Championed the WMS, WCS, MHE commissioning, RF infrastructure and supporting IT components of a major construction and development project which delivered the greenfield National Distribution Centre (NDC) for Strandbags Group. In conjunction with Lean based continuous improvement, we were able to achieve the full payback in less than 5 years!
