As a software engineer of IBM JDK, perticipate Multitenancy project design and implementation. Took leadership of Java Class Library development, including new feature design, bug fixing and break down, support for other clients/components. Also perticipate of JCL development for IBM Java 7/8/9 release, taking leadership on defect fixing, Oracle code merge, etc.

Dallas is an internal test tool for Ericsson Packet Core productions, such as GGSN, SGSN and CPG. Dallas has developed for almost 10 years and the implementation has two parts. C part mainly handles sending payload. Erlang part handles signal transport. As a CPG designer, co-working with Sweden designers, system tester and system manager to upgrade Dallas to fulfill the feature on Node. Take responsibility for Trouble Report fixing, feature design.

This project, Telstra Network Device Alarm Management System, is designed and developed for the biggest telecom company Telstra in Australia. It’s based on IBM Netcool platform and used to collect alarm message from network device, analyze and enrich according to rules, create trouble ticket and trace the possible root cause. As Software engineer, co-working with Australia team to analyze requirement and provide best domain solution to satisfy customer, including development, unit testing, feature integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and production verification testing and related defects fixing. Take responsibility for Rules file, Impact, Automation and Webtop. From a Netcool development beginner became to a key developer, taking more and more leadership and responsibility, achieving more and more experience in Netcool, Java, Perl and Solaris. Also be the China side interface for this project. Have chance traveling to Melbourne to visit Telstra to support development and testing. Award: First personal in China who achieve Shine Award
