Business Analyst- overseeing business requirement gathering and analysis; developing functional specifications and preparing preliminary systems design documents; performing impact analyses, supporting the development of effort and cost estimates, and supporting the development of application conceptual design, testing, and implementation activities; understanding customers’ objectives, processes, and products in order to make educated recommendations; performing quality review checks on project deliverables; and supporting Application Subject Matter Experts in creating the conceptual design of systems. Position required occasional travel within the U.S.Sales Coordinator: responsibilities include: Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
