I am a senior at the Haslem College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. My major is in the field of management, with collateral in entrepreneurship. I am a hard worker, and I am someone who likes taking on complex tasks, as I enjoy sitting down for hours and working on any project that I am given. For example, I was given the challenge of building up this small e-commerce store as part of a small internship I had. Within the first month, my team and I scaled the store to make a $13,000 profit. I spent countless hours researching and developing a plan to get this accomplished. Now it wasn't necessary at all to scale it that far, but I couldn't resist doing more than the bare minimum. If you were to ask me, "Where do I see myself in five years?" I would respond by scaling smaller companies into huge ones. Companies that are just starting up are the ones that catch my eye, as I like the idea of starting from nothing and creating an empire out of it. I chase this constant drive of persistence and the power to keep going until my tasks are done. Seeing all of the progress that was made and looking back is something I admire, as I believe the journey is more important than the destination.
