My name is Gayathiri Sureshkumar. I am currently a Sophomore at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am committed to going forward on an academic journey toward Human Resource Management within Business Administration. My passion for this career path is deeply rooted in a combination of personal experiences and a deep appreciation for the critical role HR plays in shaping organizations and lives.My journey towards HR Management began with my fascination for the complex dynamics of human interactions within businesses. While researching this topic, I have observed the direct impact of effective HR practices on employee satisfaction, productivity, and overall organizational success.
