As a seasoned 28-year former IT professional, DBA, consultant, Project manager/ Business analyst with extensive delivery experience and managing business strategy and portfolios in education, healthcare, wireless & and telecom industry, e-commerce retail space, and manufacturing sectors, I needed to be inspired to connect back to the real essence of who I was and shed the masks that I had adopted. I transitioned to my passion inspiring others into the magical world of our inner landscape of intuition, feeling and awareness through vital subtle energy emotional regulation tools. I am a certified Ayurvedic Health Coach, Emotional Health Coach, certified in various bioenergetic protocols and trained in esoteric acupuncture and Traditional Chinese medicine, Yoga, Tantra, Vedanta, Taoism, and much more.
