As a part of HR- Employee Engagement COE team , my key role is to plan and implement new engagement programs and campaigns at a global level according to the changing business needs focussing overall on Engagement, Wellness and Diversity . I also handle internal communications for all my ongoing initiatives and closely work with the marketing team to publish the stories on external social media platforms.A hand's on experience in handling Rewards and Recognition programs and platforms. Xtramiles : Promotion of Xtramiles platform to ensure timely recognition of employees who have displayed exemplary performance, to make employees feel valued and to foster healthy competition and reinforce positive behaviourO infinity program : Organizing the O infinity event end to end – where we honour and applaud our outstanding achievers in the presence of their families for their dedication and commitment towards the success achieved by their teams and organization at large. I closely work with Employee resource group to create and sustain various Passion and Hobby clubs . Also conduct Digital engagements on HCL’s Internal platform called MEME where 50,000+ employees participate annually.Apart from that I drive Women connect sessions as a part of diversity where we run initiatives like imotivate, feminspiration, etc. to keep the women employees engaged and motivated.Also drive few wellness initiatives like BCA camps, Laughter yoga sessions , Meditation , Health check up's etc. Overall I handle a diverse portfolio.

As a part of HR Strategic initiatives team i worked on a project called : External Value Proposition i.e., HR Awards Designed the central award participation strategy from shortlisting HR awards based on a detailed research (Externally recognized HR awards and competitor’s participation) with proactive insights & metrics around the practice/initiative. Designed a communication approach to get sign off from respective process owners. Streamlined & effectively managed external relationships with award associations such as People Matters, SHRM, Brandon Hall etc. including signing NDA with them. Worked closely with the Marketing team to publish articles related to the wins in external/internal platforms such as myHCL,LinkedIn, Twitter ,people matters etc.
