Twelve years of procurement, contract and sourcing experience in Healthcare. I started as Administrative support before I was promoted to Associate Buyer for Fredrick Memorial Hospital. After serving many years in a buyer support role my focus changed to assist IT as a Materials Management Information Services Specialist. As an MMIS Specialist I was tasked with developing and implementing efficiency protocols for the Hospital's Supply Chain Operating System, Meditech. Continuing in the MMIS role, I became the Department Project Lead for a two-year system wide upgrade which included a rebuild of the entire Supply Chain Operating System. At the completion of the project I ended my role as MMIS Specialist and moved to LifeBridge Health as a Value Analysis Sourcing Analyst. In that role, I gathered research and performed cost analytics for incoming product requests. I also provided sourcing support to purchasing for back-orders, recalls and various sourcing issues. Currently I am a Contract Agent charged with contract negotiations, compliance and maintenance for Peri-Operative and Med/Surg service lines.I seek opportunities in the Frederick area that will utilize my skills in procurment, contract management and cost analytics to support the community in which I reside in.
