From individual coaching sessions to team building and presenting workshops, I have helped hundreds of business owners, managers and teams over the past 18 years. I’m also really well connected and have a network of clever people to refer you to and/or seek advice from.I work alongside my husband Terry (an experienced accountant and senior manager) so believe me, I know all about the husband and wife business dynamic. When working with couples and partners I act as the middle person to help them focus on what really matters. Sometimes all you need is an outside perspective and a fresh set of eyes to see what path you need to take and build effective communication.When I’m not coaching or fulfilling one of several roles I have with local not-for-profit organisations, you’ll find me in my garden, curled up with a good book, singing or playing pool.People and building better business is my passion.
