The Fachstelle Migration Zug (FMZ) has been the official contact point for the working migrant population in the Canton of Zug for over 50 years, offering professional support and advice on all topics related to life in the canton. The Fachstelle works closely with the migration associations and Zug authorities and delivers their services on behalf of both the canton and the individual municipalities. As a member of the Board, I represent the interests of the English-speaking migrant population in the canton, which requires me to be well connected and have a continual ear to the ground for topical issues affecting this sector of the foreign population.
