I started my work at this company by the adviser role and after a while I decided to help them to renew their architecture and redesign their project. At this new position I operated as a Java developer and accepted all responsibilities of the Backend of their project. I developed server side of their mobile application by Java language based on Spring.

Since 2004, I had different roles at the Basa company. I managed software projects like J2EE custom development or Web Portal which enterprises ordered them to us. I worked on small to medium size projects, my teams had about 10 to 20 members in each project. My experiences helped me to be able to break down software project to simple solvable tasks.

In many projects I operated as a Java developer and gain good experience in developed technologies and J2EE frameworks. There are different projects that I had Java developer role or helped developer teams to be faster.

During my working life, I had a good chance to be the head of software department at Basa and while I had this role I tried to increase the performance and innovation in every project. I shared my experiences by other managers of our company and tried to employ vigorous people for my department and teach them fundamental knowledge to make them ready for.

In some projects, I supported project manager as a technical officer and I was responsible to choose suitable software solution for challenge of these projects. At this role I shared my knowledge by technical teams and taught them to pass their problems.
