Managed a group of engineers responsible for validation of ICs targeted for wireless applications applications.

Responsible for the silicon validation efforts of our evaluation chips * Developed and implemented pre and post silicon validation methodology for TriMedia. * Successfully completed silicon validation and characterization on three versions of TriMedia test chips. * Fully implemented the automation of pre silicon validation into the design simulation/verification environment. This lead to pre silicon simulation of several hundred test patterns using IMS Test Direct & Digital Virtual Test tools in our own simulation environment against RTL, gate and SDF models. The tests then were used on silicon with minimal debug effort. * Completed rapid validation and characterization of the silicon on the Teradyne Catalyst 200 tester. * Coordinated the efforts of vendors including tester software simulation vendors, test engineering sub contractors. * Developed definition of TriMedia IP test deliverables and supported TriMedia IP customers.

I lead the team at the M*CORE Technology Center that was responsible for all DFT & Test Engineering activities for the M-CORE, STAR12 (HC12) and STAR08 (HC08) cores. I also lead & coordinated sector wide DFT and Test engineeringactivities and initiatives for Motorola Semiconductor Product Sector
