I really enjoy building things – especially bringing innovative products to market, inspiring cohesive agile teams, and transforming organizational cultures as a servant-leader. I am especially passionate about solving some of the significant challenges in healthcare. For example:• At MediTract, we partnered with an AI solution to identify and extract contract terms from unstructured data libraries. We used this to build integrated use cases that optimized supply chains for clinical outcomes.• At HealthWyse, we created an integrated prospective analytics dashboard to help transform the traditional fee-for-service delivery of care into the new patient-centric value-based care model, with reduced reimbursement for care delivery in low-cost settings for patients in their homes.• At Concerro, we partnered with IDEO to redesign our hospital scheduling software into a real-time staffing solution that embedded best clinical practices to improve patient outcomes, reduce costs and deliver excellent staff engagement and satisfaction.As CEO, I have led several emerging private equity/venture capital-funded companies through successful exits, directed sales and product teams in growth enterprises to $100M+ revenues, and participated in a $600M IPO. I understand customers and how to deliver value, and I have sold and marketed at every level.I have also had the privilege of serving on a number of Boards, advising multiple organizations and completing projects in six countries - while continuing to compete nationally in my chosen sport (rowing) and pursue all of my outdoor passions with my family. My personal motto is "Life is not a spectator sport" and this frames my hands-on, ‘do-it-now’ approach to everything I undertake.
