We do not sell directly to the product users.I am the sales guy, taking care of the commercial training to Dealers, and to assist clients in defining the technical-commercial proposal;I am the bridge between Customer and Phoenix Italia for technical, documentation and marketing requests.In our Company, we are used to share and cooperate, for the definition of commercial policies, as well as in the development of new products and services: it is a process of continuous exchange and improvement, which I am proud to be part of.I learn from customers, at least as much as they learn from me; I believe that's important to create long-term business relationships; I am a schematic, but not rigid, person.Definitely, I am a curious, passionate, expert labeling guy.
