I was responsible for planning and executing Next's global expansion and portfolio optimization strategy that resulted in 3X+ growth in monthly revenue over the 6-month engagement period (from $6M in January 2019 to $20M in July of the same year). Also oversaw product development activities for multiple new product lines to be launched as part of Next's expansion, including device Trade-in, financing, and insurance/protection service offerings.
