Advising Developers, UHNI's & corporates who have large land banks/parcels, by offering them integrated solutions for the best development fore respective site, by doing a micro market study of the location & raising funds by way of debt & equity from foreign funds.

As part of the new thrust on the growing of the non-institutional segment of the business, the company formed the strategic wealth management group. The target audience of this group is the fast growing HNI segment of the market. Launched the Wealth Management Group called Strategic Wealth Group; outlined a priority city centric strategy for Bombay targeting Ultra high net worth and high net worth clientele and corporate. Responsible for driving the Wealth Management Group, whichincluded activities like fund management, new initiatives & relationship management. Additional responsibilities included equity private placements & relationship management.
