Commissioned to write a short half-hour play for the directing students' Graduate Show "Bated Breath" at the Traverse Theatre. Written over the Christmas period in 2011, the play aimed to encapsulate the uncertainties of the future. The play follows three people: Dawn, a young girl moving up to high school; Noon, a university graduate about to take his first steps out into the wold of work; and Dusk, an aging school teacher facing delayed retirement and her own mortality. Brought into a mysterious inbetween world by an observer known only as Midnight, they must acknowledge their fears and learn to face the future together.

Work with artists to pick the most aesthetically appropriate frame and mount for their artwork. Order stock and take inventory. Cover the tills and serve customers in the adjacent shop.
