This include weekly conference calls to discuss and provide updates having ownership and management of project documentation and team communications.Clients: Bank of Nova Scotia, Air Canada, AIMIA.

Supporting and requesting claim codes inside IBM Projects. Responsible for analyzing the required documentation inside the contract in addition to follow up all signatures and project phases.Clients: AIR CANADA and AIMIA (Aerospace Industry)

Internship - Dedicated support to the management and executive team throughout the pre-sales process, such as forecast analysis, pipeline management of projects and opportunities. Full interaction with all IBM Business Units and Departments (Finance, Marketing, Channels) to prepare market research and executive presentations for strategic planning.Clients: CPFL, Raízen / Shell / Cosan, Quimica Amparo, Hyundai, Embraer.
