Riverside Training are a Grade 1 Outstanding provider - and one I am very proud to be part of. My role is to grow the North West Network - bring businesses together and make organisations aware of the high quality delivery we can offer to train existing staff within Business Services through the apprenticeship/NVQ route. We can fund up to the age of 64 and within all business services and Retail. I am responsible for the smooth running of the NORTH area, ensuring we have high quality assessment and IV staff in place to work closely with organisations and our customers to ensure an excellent service is provided at all times. Working as a Sales and Marketing Assessor - I took a lead role from an early stage. I was predominantly responsible for the higher level assessing and mentored our trainee assessor through counter-signing, coaching, PDP, CPD and supporting.I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the trainee assessors work and assessment decisions and leading her in to a successful role. Business development played a key role here.

My role within Kaplan was Senior Assessor - I was brought on board to really dig the KPA brand out of a mass of mess in terms of learners being out of funding and I really did turn this around. I was responsible for around 300 claims of completion and I recruited new business to move the brand forward. I was responsible for the North West Assessors and the marketing.
