I was predominantly responsible for the higher level assessing and mentored our trainee assessor through counter-signing, coaching, PDP, CPD and supporting.I was responsible for ensuring the quality of the trainee assessors work and assessment decisions and leading her in to a successful role. Business development played a key role here.

My role within Kaplan was Senior Assessor - I was brought on board to really dig the KPA brand out of a mass of mess in terms of learners being out of funding and I really did turn this around. I was responsible for around 300 claims of completion and I recruited new business to move the brand forward. I was responsible for the North West Assessors and the marketing.
