About Gus Belciano

With 20+ years in the construction industry I became familiar with all facets of construction. Starting with hands on in most aspects of construction of spec homes, motels and hotels, low rise, mid rise and high rise buildings working on foundations through to the roof including interior/exterior finishes. Worked closely on the mock-up process providing testing of applications and guidance to assist with construction sequencing. I spent several years designing and selling concrete restoration and protective systems which included surface preparations, industrial, functional and decorative coatings. I then evolved into QA/QC mangement along with design/review of waterproofing systems, building envelope issues and concerns. My goal is to work on challenging projects and to assist with improving waterproofing design, value added concrete restoration projects and refine details from the mockup phase through to the field application including QA/QC management.Specialties: My specialties include interior/exterior waterproofing. Concrete restoration. Interior/exterior finishes. Protective and decorative coatings and QA/QC management. My passion includes digital documentation and edititing.
