Product development: experienced the change from analogue to digital transmission. From PDH to SDH, from monitored to managed.2. Product Management: Experienced the evolution from PDH to SDH, from electrical to optical. Participated in SDH standardization and associated Network Management. Experienced the evolution from "monitored" to "managed" Networks.3. Product Technical Support: Experienced "Global Technical Support" within a team over which the sun never sets. Multivendor technical support, Single Point of Contact.-----------4. After the end of my professional life, I intensified my engagement for canoe slalom competition, as well in our local club SG 1883 Nürnberg Fürth, as within the Bavarian Canoe Association. Meanwhile I supported events from local to world championships. As a side activity, I maintain also associated Web pages.Spezialgebiete: Global Team working. Profound understanding of transport networks in general and of SDH/SONET optical networks in particular.-----Now in my private life: Organizing canoe slalom and white water race competitions with time keeping.
