My Clients are mostly construction companies and end users that need materials/equipments or labour for projectConstruction/ renovation and remodellingo I Confer with my clients to determine their specific remodeling requirements, and create correlating notes to that effect, Engage my foreman in conversation to discuss the various ways in which remodeling projects can be expedited.o I also create and present cost estimates for remodeling work, ensuring that clients’ budgets are kept in mind and make arrangements to begin remodeling projects, by acquiring materials, equipment, and labor.o I Plan all phases of the remodeling project from conception to completion, ensuring that each project modules is overseen properly, Prepare timetables to present clients with information on project timelines.o I interact with other professionals such as designers and engineers to obtain detailed information regarding projects and I Create and maintain logs of all work activities, and their timelines, and ensure that clients are kept up to date about the progress of their projects.
