Review sign up and onboarding process.Treat onboarding requests from over 500 branches.Immediate mapping of POS Terminal to Agent’s profile at onboarding.Prompt response to Branch and Agents’ enquiries.Timely resolution of issue raised by network of over 160,000 Agents spread across the country.Addressing operational issues in line with the bank's standard.

Managing relationship with PTSPs.Taking delivery of POS Terminals and other Agent Banking collaterals.Configuration and installation of Bank’s software on all POS terminals before deployment. Allocation of POS Terminals and collaterals (branding material) to Agents at onboarding.Dispatch of POS Terminal and collaterals to Agents across the nation through logistics vendor.Monitoring POS Terminal usage for possible retrieval and reassignment.Liaising with vendor for repair of faulty/damaged POS Terminals.Review of monthly insurance report to ensure all Agents take appropriate insurance to mitigate business risk. Liaising with Insurance team in case of robbery/theft at Agent location.

Onboard Bank's customers on mobile banking platforms.Cross sell bank digital products.Paying diligent attention to customer’s complaint and ensure quick resolution in line with the banking rules and regulations.Identification and onboarding of viable Agents.Training and general management of Agents.Agent visitation and provision of appropriate feedback to necessary stakeholders.
