I teach middle school social studies in the AVID program at a Title I school.I also serve as the 6th grade Professional Learning Community chair and the school's Five-Star coordinator.

I oversee and manage the Trautman Union Building (TUB) and its usage, including a $375,000 remodel in summer 2010. Hire, supervise, train and evaluate professional and student staff of thirty-three people. Manage $200,000 Campus Life budget and programming (including programming, orientation, intramural sports and outdoor recreation). Initiated new program elements for Campus Life including SaintsAdventures (hybrid arts and outdoor recreation program), Commuter Advisory Board, Benedictine Leadership Program, Saints on Wheels (bicycle check out program) and Campus Concierge (ticket) Desk. Advise the Associated Students of Saint Martin's University (Student Government) and its $130,000 budget. Lead a team of weekend programmers and increased student attendance at late night programs by 150% in one year. Coordinate Saint Martin's University’s New Student Orientation and annual Weeks of Welcome. Responsible for maintaining information on 40 registered student organizations. Streamlined program offerings to more effectively attract target audiences. Coordinate with other campus constituents to increase school spirit and athletic attendance. Purchase new equipment allowing students to make more effective use of the TUB including gaming equipment and lockers for commuting students.

I work with ASWC, campus activities, student judicial process, commuter student information, leadership programs, and the 40+ clubs and organizations on campus.

Work with student-athletes (football) to make sure they are on track with courses, acclimating well to college and staying eligible!
