My experience in the ABA and mental health field is committing to ethical and practical practice. Additionally, I serve as an adjunct faculty professor at Fresno Pacific University (FPU), teaching graduate-level courses for aspiring BCBAs. I was also the former program director for the graduate ABA program at FPU. My professional interests lie in developing comprehensive training models for staff and parents, implimentong functional ABA methods for individuals with challenging behaviors, and behavior consultation with schools and home-based environments. Committed to delivering clinical applications that are ethical, practical, and effective, my goal is to enhance the quality of life for families and individuals, ensuring positive and lasting impacts. I am dedicated to maximizing my knowledge, experience, and skills in all professional opportunities, focusing on leadership decision-making, teamwork, and respect for diverse backgrounds. Through these efforts, I strive for positive social change and to support others who drive continued social growth and development.
