I managed a team of ten instructors providing observation and feedback on instructional execution and behavioral management. Another component of the position included tracking student data and sending to data reports to our central offices as well as other administrative duties. In my role, I worked closely with administration and developing relationships.

2:1 instruction in high school math to freshman/sophomores. Skills include lesson building, instructional techniques, behavior management, as well as mentorship.

I currently work for a non-profit, education based organization known as City Year. The organization strives to reduce the disastrous dropout crisis we are experiencing in the U.S. by lending support in urban school districts as full time tutors and mentors to students. I specifically work at a school on the Southwest Side of Chicago in a bilingual.

I am a recent graduate DePauw University Class of 2012. I graduated a double major in Music and Anthropology with a minor in Spanish. I completed a 4 year Program of Distinction called Information Technologies Associates Program. I specifically worked as the Digitization Intern at the School of Music Library for 3 of those years. I served as 1 of 12 senior.
