(This task covers Ordering from suppliers, Organizing quotations from suppliers, Monitoring, receiving and releasing deliveries, Processing RFP (requests for payment to pay the suppliers)- Handle specific job orders for shipment to various cities abroad (for international events). This task covers Process job orders with shipping requirements, Liaising with FedEx account executive for booking shipments, Process airway bills, commercial invoice and shipment booking, Liaise with sales teams for shipment updates.
