Currently, I work for TAM Software, an Italian software house that develops MIG7, a software for managing company maintenance. I handle all communications in English, from translation to commercial communications and customer care. Additionally, since 2020, I have been a member of the Board of Directors, actively contributing to the choice of sales and marketing strategies and interfacing with the technical manager and the customer in more complex projects.In my previous role as a technical supervisor, I was able to improve my management skills, managing a team of 4 people, dividing the workload, prioritizing tasks, and taking care of scheduling. Furthermore, I managed the repair schedule and the company's warehouse: updating the inventory, keeping track of spare parts, choosing when and what to buy.As a Welding Technologist, I fulfill the technical knowledge requirements defined as standard in EN ISO 14731: 2006 for Welding Coordination Personnel, as is also required by EN ISO 3834. I have the necessary knowledge to handle all possible tasks related to the welding field, from purchasing to writing WPS. During the course, I learned in depth every kind of welding and cutting process from electrode to friction-stir welding, and I also have extensive knowledge of metallurgy, fabrication, and welding design.I am passionate about mechanics and motorcycle trips.
