Customer Support Specialist And Board Member
CurrentMy career at TAM Software, a company that has doubled its turnover from 2013 to 2022 and continues to grow, has been a journey of growth and learning. I started as a customer support specialist, providing technical and commercial support to a diverse clientele, both Italian and foreign. This role allowed me to contribute to the internationalization of the company, taking care of all communications in English and translating the software suite and manuals.Over time, my responsibilities expanded. I began to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from presenting the software to potential customers, to analyzing how the software could adapt to their needs, to training customers after purchase.In addition, I had the opportunity to work closely with the commercial manager, assisting him in choosing sales and marketing strategies. In more complex projects, I interface with the technical manager and the customer, acting as a mediator between the parties.In 2020, my career reached a new milestone when I became a member of the Board of Directors of TAM Software. This role has allowed me to have an even greater impact on the growth and success of the company.
