I work with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to guide investments to maximize software capabilities brought to market, and direct R&D teams on special projects.

I worked with a cross-discipline team to develop competitive proposals for business opportunities. I specifically prepared the software portion of the proposals, including the technical approach, costing, scheduling, and the proposal writing. I additionally created an overall proposal process, and trained other proposal writers in the above processes.

I started as a matrix group lead in 2014, providing career guidance and performance reviews for 5 engineers. In 2018 I become a manager and led up to 30 direct reports, providing project assignments, career planning, performance reviews, and inter-org collaboration. In all my leadership roles, I practice servant leadership and greatly enjoy helping others along their career paths.

I created the hiring strategy and process, trained the hiring team, and conducted hiring activities at all levels. I responded in realtime to modify hiring approaches as COVID developed, learning incredible lessons throughout this challenging time.
