Responsible for running and improving the operations and IT for a national appraisal management company. I lead a team of associates to improve efficiency and performance across a variety of metrics. Since joining, we have reduced appraisal turn times by 1.5 days, a 15% reduction. We have decreased missed deadlines of appraisals by 50% to better meet expectations of our customers. These performance improvements have all come a midst a ~20% reduction in overhead costs and a 10% reduction in turnover.These operational improvements have lead to the company regaining it's growth targets and achieving higher customer satisfaction among our clients.In addition to my operational responsibilities, I oversee the entire development of our custom built application. We run our entire business on our own SaaS platform that serves over 3,000 appraisers and over 2,000 loan officers across the country.

As a manager in our consulting practice I specialized in master data management around omnichannel product data. This includes both the business processes and technology to support the effort of collecting, completing, standardizing, and publishing of product data across a variety of platforms.I was responsible for developing proposals and project formats for a variety of top retail clients across the country to help them with this challenging problem as many retailers move to improve their online catalogs and online search capabilities. I would then lead a team of consultants to execute these projects and meet all the deliverables needed by the client.I was also responsible for developing strategies and designs across many omnichannel technology and platforms such as, BOPIS, endless aisle, site design, ship from store, ship to store, and a variety of other digital touchpoint customer interactions.I successfully lead and delivered 6 different engagements during my time there.

Started and ran a website development agency that grew to over $500k in direct revenue. We built and delivered over 120 websites to clients of all sizes and types. We ran successful Pay-Per-Click campaigns across search and social networks optimizing over $1MM in spend per year. We developed and lead SEO and lead generation strategies for our clients.After running the company full-time for almost a year, we were acquired by a company looking to expand their ability to deliver websites to their clients.
