Production Supervisor
CurrentCurrently leading a dynamic production team in a fast-growing merchandise production facility. Oversee a team of 25-50+ employees, including an assistant and 4 leads managing distinct production areas: Pulling, Printing, Quality Control, and Shipping. Key responsibilities include staffing, training, team building, and ensuring the smooth operation of mass production for licensed merchandise. Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and maintain high-quality output across the production process. Ensure compliance with brand standards for over 50 major licensors, including Disney, Netflix, Nintendo, and Coca~Cola. Lead quality control efforts, ensuring that final products meet strict licensor guidelines and brand expectations. Manage relationships with temporary and full-time staff, navigating workforce challenges to build a reliable, high-performing team.This role emphasizes my operational leadership, with a focus on scaling production, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing workflows in a fast-paced environment.
