Among much much more.I played a vital role in training new employees at Everon ensuring, they were brought up to speed on the correct standard operating procedures vital to ensure consistency and reliability of the support provided to Everon's customers. Further, I myself have contributed greatly to the customer service aspect of Everon having oversight over their client portal, ensuring that customers can retrieve self help guides that I have created, review their currently open tickets with Everon, along with crucially being able to open a new ticket with all of the information relevant to the helpdesk required to resolve the issue at first contact without repeat back and forth for information which causes unnecessary disruption. Finally, I was the first contact via telephone and email for Everon's customers ensuring that calls were picked up at first contact and triaged correctly in the ticket queue, ensuring an accurate description of the issue/request that was submitted ensuring that the customers end goal was defined and known. Often resolving the issue or request at first contact on many occasions where possible.
