As a director in the management consulting solution I have been engaged in a wide range of public sector projects. I continued my health work but 2 years ago I took the plunge into work in the environment and resources area. Since then I have had great projects; most notably the Alberta Oil and Gas Investment Competitiveness project which formed the basis for Energizing Alberta a key Dept. of Energy policy paper intended to make Alberta a great place to invest in energy development.

Worked with this wonderful group of people until we were purchased by Sierra Systems - now we are part of a larger happy family. Specialized in health care and children's services work. I did several projects in NWT and Yukon which was very interesting.

The TCO was responsible for managing the transition of ARC technology to the market. We managed intellectual property, assessed research project proposals and worked to find commerical partners to develop technology. My contribution was in biotechnogy, carboydrate chemistry and health Informatics. The TCO was a wonderful team with well aligned objectives and a great collegial environment.
