Accounting Manager
Current- Management of staff, senior, and lead-level accountants across multiple locations
- Manage month/quarter/year-end close for personnel-related costs including:- Salary/other wage expenses- Incentive compensation (bonus/commissions)- Medical and benefits expenses- Travel costs and other reimbursable.
- Review and reconciliation of high-risk/high-complexity balance sheet accounts including multi-million dollar payroll cash accounts and confidential executive compensation accrual accounts
- Interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, conducting quarterly "Great Conversations", and regular coaching/development of team
- Review, reporting, and presentation of financial data, sustainability metrics to all levels of management up to C-suite
- Establish and maintain relationships with other departments within Financial Services and Human Resources areas in company to ensure accuracy of associate and talent pay, accurate calculations of bonus and commission.
