Greg has nearly 30 years Investment Banking experience advising publicly traded and privately held firms in connection with 100+ M&A and growth financing transactions aggregating $15+ billion in transaction value. Prior to founding Consilium Partners, Greg served as Group Head of the Middle Market Mergers and Acquisitions Group at FleetBoston Robertson Stephens & Co. and as a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group of BancBoston Robertson Stephens & Co., a leading national growth-focused investment bank where he led transactions in the industrial technology, business services, technology/media/telecom, healthcare and consumer sectors, and served as a permanent member of the Firm’s Fairness Opinion Review Committee.Previously, Greg was a Director in the Corporate Finance group at KPMG and served for ten years in various roles at BankBoston Corporation, including positions in corporate finance, high technology lending, corporate development and information systems development.Greg received his MBA and Masters in Finance degrees from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley College. Greg currently serves as an Adjunct Professor teaching Mergers & Acquisitions at the Carroll Graduate School of Management at Boston College (recently ranked among the top 10 business school finance programs nationally by US News & World Report).
