I am an experienced evaluation and learning consultant and sprot for development and peace practitioner working for, and alongside partners delivering grass roots interventions with real social impact internationally. I have extensive experience leading, training, advising and conducting research on a number of physical education, sport for development and peace, and dance related projects ranging from youth mentoring, leadership and widening participation schemes to the development of co-existence / conflict resolution / capacity building programmes. I have worked with organisations from small community groups, CICs and charities to international federations, funders, and commercial enterprises. Alongside my work within sport have begun to work within the digital evaluations of 'tech/ web for good' programmes and the social impact of digital services and products for young people and communities.I continue to offer my expertise voluntarily, serving as an Ambassador to Football 4 Peace International and an Adviser to Run The Bases. I also keep in touch with my academic roots and I am a visiting lecturer at several universities in the UK, Czechia, USA, and South Africa.
