At the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic, students are given the opportunity to work with startup clients, advising them on a variety of topics. Working in teams, students meet with clients, take on legal assignments, and learn the basics of client relationships. - drafted a Terms of Service and a Privacy Policy - created templates for a Beta Test Agreement

Worked directly for the Senior IP Counsel. Work included analyzing patents, conducting research, and synthesizing what I found to advise various departments. Some projects I worked on were compiling an IP database of Jazz’s holdings, researching methods to win an appeal from the PTAB to the Federal Circuit, and gathering information for a 10-Q quarterly filing. I also served as a point of contact for outside counsel and employees based in Jazz’s other offices around the world.
