-Develop and implement Student Support Plans for students ensuring specific learning goals and accommodations are met.-Collaborate with classroom teachers to improve student performance and assist students to meet specific ELOs-Conduct coaching cycles with instruction staff utilizing the gradual release of instruction.-Coach the implementation of Balanced Literacy, UDL, and differentiation in the classroom.

Oversee the development and implementation of the Department's Strategic Training and Development plan in line with the organizations corporate strategic goals.-Developed Strategic and Operational Plans for the HRD Unit.-Conducted organization wide Training Needs Analysis, Training Plan and Budget in line with the Agency's Strategic direction for both the medium (5 years) and long term (20 years).-Undertook over twenty (20) various training and development intervention projects that resulted in all members of staff attending at least two (2) such interventions annually.-Assisted the Organization in developing its Strategic and Operational plans.-Led the development and implementation of the Agency's Change Management Plan which assisted over eighty (80) employees to transition from the Agency.-Provided Strategic and Operational input to increase productivity of the Forest Operations, IT and Legal and Enforcement branches of the Agency.-Utilized various training methodologies to deliver various courses to Adult learners.-Consulted with local and international stake holders on the development and delivery of training and development interventions.

Planned, directed and implemented training courses for the JCCF resulting in over three hundred and fifty (350) Adult Volunteers and two thousand (2,000) Cadets being trained at all levels.-Undertake research of the training needs of the JCCF and developed the 15 year training plan to expand the programme into all secondary schools across Jamaica growing the force from 4,000 to 15,000 cadets.-Led the development of a regional training manual for Cadets across the CARICOM (Caribbean Community).-Revamped the curricula for Cadets across the CARICOM.-Supervised administrative personnel.-Provided advice, guidance and information to Cadets and Officers of the JCCF.-Established and maintained effective working relations with schools, colleges and private and public organizations throughout Jamaica and other Caribbean Islands.
