Project : Bullion (Jan 2015 – Till date)Client – ATOS (BULL), France. Project Description: • Scope of the project was to design and development of 19”drawer chassis consisting of RM3D3, HDD, Ultra Capacitor Module, Power Distribution Module, Rp-8 ,RP-16 considering ergonomics and aesthetics. Technical Expertise required for the execution of the project: • Expertise in ProE-Creo 2 and PLMJob Responsibilities:• Designing the Mechanical chassis for telecom products.• Worked on different Conceptualization phase of products• Sheet metal chassis design for networking server• Design support for Plastic and sheet metal components for electromechanical products.• Developing 3D (MCAD) PCB layout, components and board assembly. Project: Design Analysis and Optimization of Vertical Interferometric Test Setup for Large Size Light Weighted Mirror Testing.Key Highlights:• Joined in as a Project Trainee as part of my MTech project in Laboratory for Electro-Optics Systems (LEOS-ISRO) in Bangalore.• Had done project on Design, Analysis and Optimization of Interferometric Test setup for Large-Size light weighted Mirror structure• The project was to redesign a previously failed test setup with increased natural frequency and optimized weight. • The design also included the space for the machine structure as well as the thermally insulated room to maintain constant room temperature without the use of central air-conditioned system.• Had also been part of many other Design and Analysis Project which included High precision Lens and large size Mirrors.• Continued working in LEOS even after completion of Project as Design Engineer for a year.Software Tools Used: Solidworks 2010, MSC Nastran Patran, AutoCad.
