For example, when we had low results for one of our Machine Learning based project, Gerald suggested a way to analyze the input data, features, and methods used and improve the results. I should mention that after Gerald left the Company I needed to use and modify his Java code. I really enjoy the way it was written: clear, reasonable, very good structured and documented, and easy to modify. The Company benefited a lot from Gerald’s work: his contribution ensured that the projects would be finished successfully and in time.
