I am a Product Manager within our technical Platform vertical. I am responsible for a team of seven engineers focused on user authentication and security in our eDiscovery software to ensure our system administrators and users are safe from malicious attacks, and that their data is protected. My product portfolio consists of performant cloud-based SaaS services, UX user management workflows, permission management, billing and licensing, administrator management tools, automated workflows, and developer RESTful APIs.

As an Agile Senior Product Owner (PO), I am the lead member of my product team and serve as the voice of our business, consultants, guests and customers. I am responsible for working with business users and other stakeholders – including other product owners and other project teams – to define and prioritize the product backlog for our e-commerce and mobile tools. I am responsible for gathering and developing business requirements into epic and stories to build products that will enhance the overall platform experience. I take pride in my 20 year Senior Software Engineering and Management background to offer a unique blend of business and technical savviness; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. I am an effective communicator with various levels of management, and can translate technical information received by the Engineering team into non-technical terms for the business to understand. As product owner, I proactively identify risks, mitigation plans, ROI value, and communicate those to my management, business partners and the executive team. As one of the first java engineers for my company, I had the opportunity to participate in all executive management meetings to interpret, define and document all business requirements and break them down into technical segments that allowed my team & I to begin the technical design and implementation of our software product. Throughout the years, I have worked directly with our clients proposing new features to solve their business problems, gathered requirements for new functionality they needed and worked with my engineering team to support our clients customized product.I have personally had a hand in building all major components of our product flag-ship ecommerce software which included modules such as: Contact Management, Personal Websites, Order Processing, Product Catalog and the Corporate Administrator capabilities.
