Whether that was providing a unique analysis of statistics for Fortune 500 enterprises or providing someone a cold beer, I have always had a customer first focus. Since joining BankUnited we have begun implementing and maturing our Problem Management process. Over the course of my career here, we have provided analysis of areas of the business that both leadership and clients had no previous insights to, grown our customer satisfaction and vendor relationships, and matured our budding ITIL initiatives.I am someone who is a proud self starter and innovator. These qualities have allowed myself to provide a very high level of quality work. Together we can produce real results, provide a world class customer experience and strengthen our business.
