Current-Monitors Daily Updates of Installation and Maintenance in the system,-Monitors and Supervised Dispatchers around the areas of SOUTH MINDANAO (Davao/Gensan-Cotabato/Zamboanga) NORTH MINDANAO (Cagayan De Oro/Caraga Region/Tagum/Iligan).-Prepares start of the day Open Pipelines for provisioning and restoration for the Operations daily work.-Daily reports of the End-Of The-Day accomplishments of the area for Operations Analysis.-Direct Coordination with PCM for Data gathering and corrections.-Provided communication on departmental expectations, motivated team members and identified opportunity for improvements.-Reported any maintenance concerns for repairs to Operations Manager.-Planned and coordinated work activities of staff and projects.-Executed Company procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency and system controls.-Assisted team members with system update and workmanship.-Provided oversight, supervision and leadership through on-going training and orientation for staff.-Collected data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
