🔷I am a well-rounded leader with a strong aptitude for technology, excellent communication skills, experienced military and business leadership, problem solving and a love of taking on new challenges. I balance out my technical aptitude with Leadership and Management from my time at the U.S. Naval Academy, in the Navy as an Officer as well as a Manager at Microsoft, AWS, and GE Energy.🔷In my current and previous roles I have demonstrated a strong willingness to learn the technologies or take on the challenges required to make our customers, partners and colleagues successful. I am currently in a position that challenges me almost every day testing my breadth of knowledge across Security, Cloud, and data center as well as helping customer solve their Enterprise challenges using software and solutions. I have the opportunity to help solve on premise issues as well as hybrid and Public.🔷My professional goals are to be a positive impact in whatever group I work with. I love technology and am interested in staying technical as a manager. I don't believe they have to be exclusive and past experiences have shown me that it is an advantage for managers to understand technology. My past has helped me develop strong skills in Leadership and I enjoy using those skills with peers/customers, but look forward to returning to managing a team of people.🔷In my off hours I am an admissions officer for the U.S. Naval Academy admissions office to help young women and men who are interested in attending the Academy.
