"Impact of epigenetic inactivation on cell state transitions in a cancer cell line" at the Laboratory for Functional Epigenetics under the supervision of Prof. Bernard Thienpont.I developed an analysis pipeline for a scRNA-seq dataset generated by CROP-seq. The objective was to detect cell states and transitions within a highly homogeneous population with data available at a single time point. To address this challenge, I employed non-negative matrix factorization to identify cell states and utilized RNA velocity and pseudotime recreation to estimate transitions between states, reconstructing cell trajectories.
