• Served as the primary interface for ESA managers by promoting, planning and monitoring all contracted activities. Produced project, technical documentation, contracts, SLA and cost estimations.
• Designed a backup solution for ESA/ESOC and its worldwide distributed mission control systems.
• Designed complete IT infrastructure and processes for satellite control mission facilities, including business continuity and recovery plans.
