I'm a food technician, with more than 25 years of cross-functional background in Operation area, within the Food industry (R&D and NPD, Production).I've got a good experience in process engineering, food ingredients and additives.Capable to lead and motivate people, successfully achieving outstanding performance improvement across different type of roles and functions.
