I am an Information Security professional with two years of experience in the administration and support of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems. In my role within the support team, I provide direct technical support to the Security Operations Center (SOC) team and clients. My goal is to ensure the effective and efficient operation and availability of the SIEM tool, continually seeking improvements through optimizations, remote connections with manufacturers in another language, and support for the team.For the tool to function properly, it is essential to monitor the infrastructure, allowing us to identify and resolve potential technical issues proactively, thereby ensuring the optimal performance of the tool.As a professional in the technology field, understanding English is crucial. Based on this, I have an intermediate-advanced proficiency in the language, as evidenced by my TOEIC test results, which classified my English level as B2.I hold the CompTIA Linux+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA A+ certifications, which have been fundamental in providing a solid knowledge base, enabling me to apply problem-solving methodologies in various technology scenarios.I also have experience in networking, having worked on the configuration of network devices in general, with a strong focus on Wireless infrastructure. This experience has given me extensive knowledge in networking, which encompasses a significant part of the security domain.
