Graduated from Davao Doctors College with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management and am now pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a major in Enterprise Management at the University of Southeastern Philippines. For the past years, I've worked as a Front Desk Associate and a Sales Invoicing Staff. And, as a result of the pandemic and my desire to advance in my career, I opted to work in the BPO industry. I spent 6 months as a Project-Based Talent Acquisition Phone Screener at VXI global, where I completed a screening process for applicants for customer service and technical support roles, and I am now with VXI global Corporate Sourcing, where I execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on passive candidates, with the goal of achieving high quality, cost-effective.
